- 1. General Information’s / Product Availability

- Our goal is to offer a wide range of Western tack, different kind of saddles and also some apparel to fair and reasonable prices.
- Near to all of our products are imported from the USA, which means that shipping and local import cost are often doubling the item price we pay to our suppliers in the USA.
- All descriptions and information’s given on the web site are made with the best knowledge we have about the items. In case you have a special question or needs additional information’s , just contact us and we will try to help.
- All items shown under the different categories are in stock, means ready to ship . All photos are made from the products, which will be delivered (you see, what you will get !).
- We try to update our website at least twice a week.
- Enquiries send by e-mail, we try to answer as soon as possible, but in any case not later than 24 hours.
- 2. Special Customer Orders

- As a special service we offer to take orders from customers for items they are looking for, but can’t find on our website, like for example a saddle in a specific size or from a specific manufacturer. In such cases please contact us and provide us with all required information’s about the product, may also a photo, when possible. We will try to find this products to the best prices possible and import.
- In any case a 50% down payment will be required, other terms and conditions has to be agreed from case to case.
- 3. Shipping Insurance / Damages

- We inspect every item immediately when a new shipment from oversea comes in, all items are stored carefully and protected.
- A second inspection will be done just before we pack and shipping to our customers (in special cases we will also make photos), but handling during shipping is out of our control, so it could happen, that a item arrives with a transport damage. To be protected for such cases we recommend every customer to order a shipping insurance.
- Please inspect all of your ordered items right after they arrived. In case you find any damages please inform us and your shipping carrier, to report a shipping insurance claim direct to them.
- In case a shipment is ordered without insurance., GO Western-STA will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
- 4. Shipping Policy & Charges

- Orders are processed within a day after receipt of cleared payment and normally shipped between 24 to 48 hours afterwards.
- We will charge the exact carrier shipping and insurance cost ( against invoice or receipt we paid) to our customers. Which way to ship is choice of the customer ( postal or couriers service).
- We will charge as handling fee ( for packing material, labor, delivery to post office etc.) for parcels up to item value of:

- 5.1 Return policy concerning: products bought in store

- Any item bought direct in our shop is sold as it is, means : no returns afterwards ! The buyer has to check and inspect every item against faults or damages before he pay for.
- There is one exception of this rule: Items which are related to a horse size, like for example a bit, a bosal or headstall etc. Such items we will exchange to a other size or refund, when they are returned in the same new conditions as we sold.
- Before somebody buys a saddle, we always ask for a wither trace of the horse, so that we can check and preselect a saddle. In most cases we offer also to check proper fitting on the horse, before buying . In case both was done and a customer would like to return a saddle, we can only accept this within 30 days from date of purchase date and when the saddle will be delivered back to us in the same conditions as he left our shop. Saddles with visible mark of use, or damaged saddle can’t be returned.
- Second hand items are strictly “sold as it is”, no returns or guaranties!
- 5.2 Return policy concerning: products bought from our website

- Upon receipt of your order please inspect all items immediately. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the products in original unused conditions with the receipt within 7 days from date of shipping receipt ( proof of arrival) and we will replace the items or refund. Our goal is your satisfaction!
- Merchandise returned in unused , new conditions after 7 days from date of delivery receipt will be subject of a 15 to 25% restocking fee, returns after 30 days or items in used or damaged conditions will not be accepted. Shipping and insurance cost are in any case on the buyer.
- Refunds or exchanges excludes any shipping and handling fees.
- If you receive a wrong delivered item and this was our mistake, please contact us immediately. In such case we will exchange or refund at no extra cost.
- Second hand items are strictly “sold as it is”, no returns or guaranties!
- 6. Guaranties

- Sorry, but we can’t give warranties on any of our imported items, because of very expensive shipping and import cost!
- Like mentioned before, most of our products we purchase online in the USA. That means we can’t inspect before a shipment is arrived in our hands. We have to trust our suppliers, that everything they ship to us is of first quality without any faults or damages.
- Most of the items sold in the USA have warranties according to US law, but sometimes items are also sold without any warranty , like for example in sales action, close outs or on eBay. In such cases the buyer will save may some money, but it called : “Sold like it is, no returns, no warranties !”.
- All items which have a warranty in the USA ( please ask before buying) can be returned for repair, replacement or refund to the dealer or the manufacturer. Shipping and insurance cost in such cases are always on the buyer. Inside the USA is this normally not a big deal, but to ship South Africa / USA / South Africa ( incl. new import cost) will be in most cases more expensive as the item value.
- In case our customer is willing to pay all of this cost, we will provide him with the contact details to the supplier, dealer or manufacturer and organize shipping.
- When you can’t agree with this guarantee conditions, please don’t buy anything from us, to avoid may any trouble for both sides later.
